YOUR ROLE
- Lead and manage team of quality professionals at the Henkel Salisbury, Facility while supporting a 24/7 operation.
- Assume the role of Management Representative, maintain Integrated Management System and certification to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 450001.
- Ensure appropriate Internal Audit Program: system, process, product.
- Work with manufacturing and other functional groups to troubleshoot customer problems/complaints, plant issues, and reject batches. Ensure determination of root cause and corrective actions and develop project plans to drive change.
- Lead Cross-functional Quality Assurance and Quality Control Teams/Projects. Develop plans for continuous improvements for the plant, and product lines and ensure all team members are completing assigned tasks.
- Utilize Six Sigma methodology, SQC, and SPC to conduct studies on product and process consistency and quality issues.
