YOUR ROLE
- Work on continuous improvement projects that will help reduce variation of products, processes, and testing, reduce cost of poor quality, improve customer satisfaction, etc.
- Support the problem solving effort at the site with effective containment, root cause analysis, corrective action, validation, and control and prevent recurrence of non-conformances.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal Henkel personnel to aid in the resolution of complaints using the customer’s format when required.
- Coordinate with local and regional team members to improve the customer complaint rate for the site.
- Lead a cross functional team to analyse causes of internal non-conformances and develop countermeasures.
- Support APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) on site by participating in and leading the development of key deliverables for the launch of new products on site.
- Be able to trouble shoot testing of equipment and testing procedures.
