YOUR ROLE
Responsible for classifying new and existing products according to the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS). This will require understanding of local country adoption of such as US (Haz Comm 2012) and Canada (WHMIS 2015).
Pre-Authoring of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labels in accordance to Haz Comm 2012 and WHMIS 2015.
Maintaining all required regulatory documents and test data needed to support North American Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs.
Supplying customers with regulatory data and certs (upon request).
