YOUR ROLE
- Effectively function within a team environment or work as an individual contributor and is responsible for his/her level of authority for ensuring compliance with all approved policies, procedures, and practices of the LaGrange, GA facility.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of hours worked, details on products produced and training records.
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in manufacturing.
- Ability to use computer software to enter production data.
- Ability to pick and locate finished goods and raw materials within the warehouse.
- Practice good housekeeping habits to ensure the work areas are clean and organized at the end of the assigned shift (Lean and 5S principles).
- Must be able to adjust to changes in workflow, prioritize as needed, and meet deadlines.
