YOUR ROLE
- Lead A3 projects on key issues/opportunities identified by the business
- Train/Coach and develop operations team members and facilitate CI/Lean workshops/Kaizen events targeting specific improvement opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects tasked with improving Logistic and Warehousing processes.
- Manage and drive the AC Customer Compliance team in an effort to reduce financial penalties and improve service to the customer
- Analyze and report Logistic CCMS to the team and drive improvements.
