YOUR ROLE
Day One Medical Eligibility, Tuition Reimbursement, 401K, Paid Vacations and much more!
- Ensure and assist with quality system compliance to include QS, IATF and ISO standards.
- Assist in maintaining of 5-S program.
- Training of new employees.
- Attend all required meetings.
- Assist in preventing where possible and reducing down time, scrap, change over time on processes to help assist in meeting production goals and needs.
- Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by providing feedback to supervisor regarding any issues, improvements or concerns and rumors.
- Work with Inventory Control to ensure that the needed components for area are adequate.
