What You´ll Do
- Own and grow strategic key accounts including hyperscalers and Tier 1 OEMs
- Drive design wins and revenue growth for Henkel TIM and electronics materials
- Manage senior relationships across engineering, sourcing, and executive teams
- Execute multi-year account strategies aligned to customer technology roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with application engineering, R&D, and operations
- Leverage EMS and ODM relationships to scale adoption and protect design positions
- Bachelor's degree is required. Preference given to a technical focus.
- 8 years of successful technical or strategic sales experience
- Demonstrated experience selling to OEMs such as NVIDIA, Apple, Amazon (AWS/Lab126), Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Meta, Cisco, Arista, Intel, AMD, Broadcom, or similar
- Strong understanding of advanced materials, components, or systems (TIMs, adhesives, coatings, or board-level materials preferred)
- Experience selling into EMS/ODM partners (e.g., Foxconn, Flex, Jabil, Quanta, Celestica) a strong plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
- Travel will be both domestic and international. Expect to travel domestically at a rate of 50-60% of your time. International travel will be at a minimum, twice a year.

Salary : $130,000 - $165,000
