R&D Consumer Technology & Insights Intern - Summer 2026

What You’ll Do

• Participate in hands-on testing of consumer goods
• Collect and analyze feedback about products to understand preferences, influence methodology, uncover pain points, and unmet consumer needs
• Collaborate with R&D teams to co-develop new product concepts and claims based on various data points
• Help prepare reports, data analyses or presentations that summarize findings and recommend next steps
  
  

What Makes You a Good Fit

• A rising junior, rising senior, a master’s / graduate student or rising 2nd year MBA student pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Biology, Data Analytics, Market Research, Psychology, Sociology or Food Sciences 
• Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data

Additional information

• This internship is eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support. 
• Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.  
• Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $22 – $27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
