What You´ll Do
- Perform quality testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, documenting results in SAP and quality systems.
- Conduct laboratory testing, maintain test documentation, and generate accurate technical reports.
- Support complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions with Quality Engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with Henkel SHEQ standards through safe work practices, laboratory organization, and regulatory adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement process enhancements, and support quality-related projects and regulatory changes.
- Associate degree in a scientific discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience, with a preference for candidates possessing 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control testing environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of wet chemistry, analytical testing methods, laboratory instrumentation, and troubleshooting of testing equipment.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Working knowledge of ISO/IATF quality standards, Microsoft Office, SAP, and laboratory databases, along with a strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance.

Salary : $50,465 - $61,562
