What You´ll Do
- Manages all operations as well as service / support department at factory level
- Implements a production strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products
- Delivers against production performance KPIs, budget and projects
- Sets up and executes development plans for production personnel
- Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
- 5-10 years of manufacturing experience required
- Project management and manufacturing methodology experience (5S, Continuous Improvement, Root Cause Analysis)
- Strong Inter-personal and Conflict Resolution skills
- Able to self-initiate and drive projects to completion

Salary : $98,000 - $115,000
