What You´ll Do

• Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
• Manages all operations as well as service / support department at factory level
• Has legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ requirements
• Acts as company representative and key contact for local authorities and workers unions / councils in the area of responsibility
• Ensures that all legal requirements and corporate standards are in place and in compliance
• Is responsible for application of Corporate Standards in the area of responsibility
• Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
• Implements a long-term production strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products
• Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
• Is responsible for the Investment plan, Capex application and Fix Assest accounting
• Is responsible for application of all programs in HPS to steer the OEE in a continous improvement approach
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelors Degree in applicable field required.
• Masters Degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years experience in manufacturing, 7 of which must be in leadership roles.
• Knowledge of TPM and ability to apply to achieve outstanding business results.
• Ability to successfully interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

The salary range for this role is $100,000.00 and $150,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
