What you´ll do
- Safely perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment to include pumps, valves, compressors, motors, fans, gearboxes, reactors, agitators, etc.
- Safely maintain electrical equipment to include basic troubleshooting of drives, replacement of fuses, and resetting overloads.
- This position has work execution through the CMMS and processes associated with all facilities, production, support equipment, and tooling.
- They are responsible for completing work orders per the appropriate documentation, SAP records, time confirmations, and precision maintenance.
- Experience with diagnostic tools to troubleshoot systems is a plus. E.g. a multimeter used to determine whether a control valve is operational.
- Demonstrate expertise with machine guarding and safety interlocks.
- HS Diploma, A.A.S. Industrial Maintenance is preferred but not required
- Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance
- Pump Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild – Centrifugal/Screw-type/Diaphragm
- Valve Repair/Rebuild/Replacement
- Understanding of Piping, boilers, Nitrogen systems
- 2 or more years of maintenance experience, preferred
