What You’ll Do
As an Application Engineering Intern, you will:
- Get hands-on experience in the adhesive development process for our brand Loctite.
- Work on and help solve real-world technical challenges.
- Conduct lab work to support new product introductions and customer sample testing.
- Report technical results and findings to internal teams.
- Gather and analyze data to validate materials and formulations.
- Assist in investigating and resolving technical issues with customers.
- A rising junior or rising senior graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Material Sciences
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to gather, manage, and analyze large datasets
- Basic lab experience preferred

Additional Information
- This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
- Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.
- Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.
