What You´ll Do

  • Safely handle, label, store, and prepare hazardous waste and recycling materials in full compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records for waste management and air permit requirements (e.g., waste tracking, air units, dust collectors).
  • Coordinate and perform safe offloading of bulk materials (solvents and polymers), including equipment setup, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Inspect, organize, and maintain storage areas, tanks, and recycling zones to meet safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.
  • Support operations through communication, equipment use, spill response, safety training, and reporting of hazards or irregularities.

What makes you a good fit

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in chemical handling, hazardous waste, and industrial safety practices.
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Physically capable and safety-focused, with willingness to obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., OSHA, RCRA, Hazmat), with additional ISO and regulatory experience as a plus.

The hourly pay range for this role is $25.00 and $30.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
