What you´ll do
- Manages the daily activities of the warehouse including all deliveries, returns, repacks and promotional pack-outs
- Reconciles deviations in warehouse invoicing with purchasing and finance
- Responsible for SHEQ requirements, including local and country regulations of the warehouses
- Ensures proper material flow by allocation of resources, leads inventory and cycle counts
- Manages regular warehouse maintenance program
- Initiates and leads projects to improve warehouse processes and costs
- Stays abreast of all safety issues in compliance to regulations and ensures company policies are enforced
- Maintains all equipment in good working condition and plans scheduled and required maintenance
- Leads safety and environmental improvement efforts and maintain a safe work place
- Meets budget constraints in the areas of maintenance, supplies, labor, and overtime
- Leads team to develop measurement techniques and problem identification that pinpoint areas for improvement in primary accountabilities
- Accountable for leading team development and boundary management allowing the team and individuals on the team to increase their skills
What makes you a good fit
- BS degree in business, management or other related discipline.
- Masters in related field a plus.
- At least 5 - 8 years progressive experience in warehouse management of personnel and materials activities within a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 5 year knowledge of SAP application Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills.
- Work with and around hazardous materials, chemicals, and equipment
- Work onsite 5 days per week, 8 hours per day with overtime as mandated or assigned
- Frequently sit, view a computer screen, and type on a keyboard for extended periods of times.

The salary for this role is $104,000.00- $155,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
