What you´ll do
- Lead problem-solving investigations and ensure effective containment, root cause analysis, corrective action, validation, control, and recurrence prevention.
- Assist in execution of customer PPAP (Production Part Approval process) process including, but not limited to coordination and analysis of GR&R, capability, dimensional verification, and visual aids, with the focus on injection molded products.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal Henkel personnel to resolve complaints and aid with the execution of APQP (Advanced Production Quality Planning) documentation using the customer’s format when required.
- Work with a cross functional team to create and modify APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) documents including, but not limited to, PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis), Process Flow and Control Plan.
What makes you a good fit
- Degree, Engineering degree preferred.
- 2 years in a manufacturing environment with quality experience, automotive industry preferred.
- Understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements with practical application in the automotive industry.
- Experience with customer complaint reduction and PPAP documentation required.
- Strong knowledge of Control Plans, PFMEA and Flow Chart development.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, Six Sigma or statistical experience preferred.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite

The salary for this role is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
