What you´ll do
- Lead scale-up of newly developed multi-million-dollar thermal interface material product lines used in a variety of industrial applications
- Works in cross-functional teams to link product development and manufacturing on projects for top tier companies in the industrial sector
- Creates process flow charts, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEAs) and control plans for new products
- Runs design of experiments to understand relationship between raw materials, process and final product parameters
- Presents scale-up reports to top management and external customers
- Manage scale-up projects at domestic and international sites
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelors in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related scientific/engineering discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years applicable engineering experience in adhesive film/paste manufacturing or related industries
- Strong background in statistics and quality tools preferred (DOE, SPC, FMEA)
- Ability to travel 20% (domestic and international travel)

The salary range
for this role is $100,000.00 and $120,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum
and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the
time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible
for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The
Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual
compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,
experience, education, training, and work location. This posting is intended to
