Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Introduce company services and qualify opportunities
- Follow up consistently with leads and contacts
- Track activity, notes, and pipeline updates within the CRM
- Help maintain accurate customer and prospect records
- Support the sales team with lead generation and outreach efforts
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous sales, recruiting, appointment-setting, or customer service experience preferred
