At Henise Tire, our Service Advisors are the front-line heroes of customer carewelcoming walk-ins and phone inquiries with expertise, empathy, and a commitment to safety. Whether its decoding tire sizes, recommending oil change intervals, or guiding customers through state inspections, youll be the trusted voice that helps drivers make smart, confident decisions.
What Youll Do:
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with tire, oil change, and inspection needs
Provide accurate quotes and recommendations based on vehicle specs, safety standards, and customer preferences
Use the MaddenCo POS system to create work orders, process transactions, and manage service flow
Educate customers on tire safety, wear patterns, and maintenance best practices
Build trust through clear communication, timely updates, and honest advice
What You Bring:
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
Basic automotive knowledge (especially tires and oil services)
Comfort with point-of-sale systems (MaddenCo experience a plus!)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A passion for helping people drive safer and smarter
