Production Operator

Job Summary:

As an Assembly Operator at Hengshuai (HMC) Automotive Inc., you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by assembling automotive components with precision and efficiency. You will work in a dynamic team environment, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform assembly tasks according to standardized work instructions and safety guidelines.

· Operate machinery and tools to assemble automotive components.

· Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

· Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.

· Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.

· Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Technical experience preferred.

· Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly required.

· Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.

· Strong attention to detail and quality.

· Ability to work effectively in a team.

· Basic computer skills for data entry and quality tracking.

· Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, work rules, and required system forms.

· Proven ability to communicate verbally and in written form effectively with co-workers, departments, management, vendors, and customers.

· Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.

· Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

· Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including temperature variations and noise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
