WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…
- Assist with inspection, maintenance, and repair of heavy diesel equipment and mobile machinery
- Learn to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues under the guidance of experienced mechanics
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety
- Safely utilize tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop systems in compliance with company procedures
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to a safe, organized work area
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR…
- 1–5 years of experience OR trade/technical school background
- Demonstrated interest in heavy diesel mechanics, equipment maintenance, or a related skilled trade
- Reliable, hard-working, and safety-focused
- Clean, valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and following established procedures
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
- Capability to perform physical work, including lifting and working around heavy equipment
- Willingness and ability to learn technical procedures and pursue certification
