Hendricks House Group (HHG) is a Substance Use Disorder treatment provider offering ASAM 3.1 Halfway House Residential Treatment Programs in Millville, Vineland, and Galloway, NJ, as well as Outpatient (IOP/OP) services in Millville, NJ. Overview
HHG is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Services to oversee and guide clinical operations across multiple treatment programs. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring clinical supervision, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence across residential and outpatient levels of care.
The Regional Director will work collaboratively with internal leadership and external partners to ensure effective service coordination, staff development, and positive client outcomes.
Duties
- Provide clinical supervision to CADCs and clinical interns in accordance with New Jersey licensing and certification requirements
Participate in on‑call rotation as required
- Ensure all agency policies, procedures, and clinical standards are consistently followed
- Maintain high standards for:
- Treatment planning
- Individual clinical services and case management
- Group therapy and psychoeducational programming
- Discharge planning and referral services
- Plan, implement, and coordinate all treatment services delivered to clients
- Oversee clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state and accreditation standards
- Collaborate with internal leadership, referral partners, and external stakeholders
- Promote continuous quality improvement and staff professional development
Qualifications
- Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with: OR
- NJ Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in addiction services
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role OR
- NJ Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in addiction services
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
OR
- Doctoral degree in Human Services, Mental Health, or Social Work with:
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in addiction services
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
Additional Requirements
- Must hold a clinical supervision certification (e.g., CCS, ACS, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of ASAM criteria and New Jersey licensing regulations
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience overseeing residential and outpatient substance use treatment programs
Familiarity with IOP/OP program operations
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- On‑call responsibilities as required
Licenses/Certifications (Required)
- LCADC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist (NJ‑licensed)
