What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Worker position at Hendricks Concrete Construction?
Job Summary
Hendricks Concrete is a We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working guy with construction experience. A lot of our work is finishing out remodels, along with concrete jobs and general construction. This will be a flex position, you may work with the rest of the crew or be tasked solo, will vary day to day.
If you’ve got mechanical skills, that would be a plus to help with repairs. Pay will be based on experience.
This is a hands-on job. You’ll be doing a mix of work, staying busy, and working with a crew that works hard.
What You’ll Do
- Help finish construction and remodeling projects
- Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Run tools and equipment safely
- Handle general job site work (prep, cleanup, materials)
- Jump in where needed to keep jobs moving
- (Bonus) Help with mechanical repairs and equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Construction experience required
- Concrete experience preferred
- Mechanical skills are a big plus
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Strong work ethic — no shortcuts
- Can handle physical labor and long days
- Willing to learn and take direction
