What You'll Do

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead the administrative and operational heartbeat of the firm:


  • Manage daily office operations and keep everything running smoothly
  • Oversee scheduling, client appointments, and firm calendars
  • Ensure client onboarding and service workflows are efficient and accurate
  • Support our team with administrative coordination and task delegation
  • Maintain office systems, supply management, and vendor relationships
  • Improve processes as the firm grows and help us run more efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies, deadlines, and documentation standards
  • Create a welcoming, professional environment for both clients and staff

You make it easier for our accountants, bookkeepers, and advisors to focus on serving clients while you handle the operational details that matter.

What You Bring
  • 3 years of office management or administrative leadership (public accounting or professional services preferred)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Tech-savvy with office systems, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based tools
  • Experience with bookkeeping, accounting workflows, or client portals is a plus
  • Ability to juggle many moving parts without losing accuracy
  • A calm, professional demeanor, especially during busy seasons
