- JOB SUMMARY
- The Sterile Processing supervisor will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Sterile Processing department ensuring a clean, orderly and safe environment to meet the sterilization needs of the hospital. The individual will be responsible for supervising human resources in a leadership style conducive to maximum productivity and accuracy. The responsibility may include, but not be limited to: training, counseling and evaluating personnel.

- Minimum Education
- Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training
- Minimum Work Experience
- Two years sterile processing experience
- Required Licenses/Certifications
- Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST), Central Supply Processing Department Tech (CDPDT) or Certified Surgical Technician (CST) required
- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Possesses the ability to plan and direct unit activities of the department to accommodate the instrument and supply needs of the hospital
