A licensed physical therapist assistant who provides physical therapy services in a multi-disciplinary setting monitored by a licensed physical therapist.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education

  • Associate's Degree
  • Graduate of an accredited LPTA program

Minimum Work Experience

  • 1 year

Required Licenses/Certifications

  • LPTA in State of Texas
  • Current CPR Certification
  • TX Driver's License
