Job Summary
Advanced Nurse Practitioners will practice independently and in collaboration with Hospice Care physicians and IDT members. While providing quality patient care, will establish and maintain appropriate patient/provider relationships with a wide variety of inpatient and community residents.

- Masters of Nursing
- 1 Years
- Accredited Advanced Nurse Practitioner Certification
- Current Texas Driver’s License
- CPR
- Ability to carry out obligations and duties of position
- Understand the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual concerns/problems of terminally ill patients and families
- Accountable to Medical Director for clinical/medical oversight and professional services
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Effectively directs personnel as appropriate
- Strong computer skills
