What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Counselor position at Hendrick Health?
OB SUMMARY
- The Financial Counselor is responsible for collecting estimated self-pay portions from insured patients while in the hospital. It is also the responsibility of the Financial Counselor to be a liaison and resource for Admissions. The Financial Counselor will work very closely with Resource Assistance, RCA, the HPN physician offices, Business Office and Hendrick Admissions Department.
