Financial Counselor

OB SUMMARY

• The Financial Counselor is responsible for collecting estimated self-pay portions from insured patients while in the hospital.  It is also the responsibility of the Financial Counselor to be a liaison and resource for Admissions.  The Financial Counselor will work very closely with Resource Assistance, RCA, the HPN physician offices, Business Office and Hendrick Admissions Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum Work Experience

• 2 years of experience
