Who We're Looking For:

Collision Technician

• 3-5 years of hands-on collision repair experience
• Skilled in structural and non-structural repairs (minor to heavy)
• Commitment to factory-quality workmanship
• I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications preferred
• Team player with strong communication skills

Estimator

• 3 years of estimating experience (5 preferred)
• Proficient in both CCC ONE and Mitchell platforms
• Proven track record of exceptional CSI scores
• Customer-focused with excellent follow-through
• Skilled at managing insurance negotiations and technician communication
• Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities

Painter

• 5 years in automotive paint & refinish (production collision environment)
• Expert-level proficiency in spray booth operations and paint mixing
• Meticulous attention to detail and color-matching precision
• Committed to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition or better

Paint Prepper

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production-based collision center, OR successful completion of an accredited Collision Repair & Refinish program
• Proficient in sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation
• Strong understanding of repair plans and paint processes
• Quality-focused with attention to detail

All Positions Require:

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to read estimates and repair plans
• Team-oriented mindset
