Who We're Looking For:
Collision Technician
- 3-5 years of hands-on collision repair experience
- Skilled in structural and non-structural repairs (minor to heavy)
- Commitment to factory-quality workmanship
- I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications preferred
- Team player with strong communication skills
Estimator
- 3 years of estimating experience (5 preferred)
- Proficient in both CCC ONE and Mitchell platforms
- Proven track record of exceptional CSI scores
- Customer-focused with excellent follow-through
- Skilled at managing insurance negotiations and technician communication
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities
Painter
- 5 years in automotive paint & refinish (production collision environment)
- Expert-level proficiency in spray booth operations and paint mixing
- Meticulous attention to detail and color-matching precision
- Committed to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition or better
Paint Prepper
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production-based collision center, OR successful completion of an accredited Collision Repair & Refinish program
- Proficient in sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation
- Strong understanding of repair plans and paint processes
- Quality-focused with attention to detail
All Positions Require:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read estimates and repair plans
- Team-oriented mindset
