Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking a Seasonal Point of Sales Inventory Assistant. This job requires working with the marketing team to ensure the point of sales inventory is organized and up-to-date. Past inventory management experience preferred, but not required.

Description/Expectations:
Hendler Family Brewing Company is seeking a Seasonal Point of Sales Inventory Assistant. This job requires working with the marketing team to ensure the point of sales inventory is organized and up-to-date. Past inventory management experience preferred, but not required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain POS inventory organization.
- Ensure inventory numbers are accurate and no items are missing/misplaced.
- Gather and stage POS orders in a timely manner.
- Process POS inventory arriving and departing the brewery.
- Stage beer cases for staff samplings.
- Email POS requests to the sales team and receive approval from wholesalers.
- Order POS through Boelter portal.
- Create purchase orders and sales orders for POS.
- Return signed invoices to the sales and marketing administrator.
- Perform other administrative tasks, special projects, and duties as assigned to support department operations
- Organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- A flexible schedule- M-F afternoon availability
- Be able to lift up to 25 pounds
