The Recruiting and Operations Coordinator will provide support for Henderson Wholesale, a multi-state distributor of Hunt Brothers Pizza, and Henderson Distributing, a distributor of Big Easy Foods. Responsibilities
- Assist in the Recruiting process
- Coordinate and Create Custom Marketing
- Schedule and Facilitate New Hire Training
- Prepare and Schedule Quarterly Training
- Manage Social Media Pages
- Support Business Meetings
- Additional Administrative Duties
- 3 years of experience in administrative roles
- Post-high school education
- Intermediate to advanced technological skillset, previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
- The Ability to coordinate and manage complex projects and schedules
- Trustworthy and reliable with a high degree of attention to detail
- Excellent critical thinking skills and is capable of risk assessment
