🚀 Scrum Lead & Project Manager – Digital Assets & Client Enablement Technology

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Lead & Project Manager to support two high-performing Digital Assets pods within our Digital Client Enablement Technology organization. This role will serve as the lead Scrum Master for a centralized technology team focused on middleware, infrastructure, and client enablement capabilities that support both external clients and internal applications.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Agile leadership, delivery management expertise, and exceptional communication skills to help teams navigate complex dependencies, drive transparency, and ensure successful delivery across a dynamic technology landscape.

🔄 Agile Leadership & Delivery Execution

• 🏆 Apply deep Agile and Scrum expertise to support Digital Client Enablement Technology squads delivering middleware, infrastructure, and client-facing capabilities.
• 📅 Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, risks, timelines, and delivery commitments.
• 🤝 Partner closely with Product Owners and squads to maintain healthy, prioritized backlogs with well-defined user stories and clear business outcomes.
• 🔄 Balance delivery commitments with continuous iteration, ensuring stakeholder and client feedback is incorporated into planning and execution.
• 🌐 Participate in Scrum of Scrums and other cross-team forums to drive alignment across squads, portfolios, and enterprise technology initiatives.
• 🎯 Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.

⚙️ Digital Client Enablement, Middleware & Infrastructure Coordination

• 🔗 Support delivery of middleware and infrastructure capabilities that enable seamless interactions between clients, internal systems, and enterprise applications.
• 🖥️ Coordinate work across infrastructure and middleware domains, including:
• Data Services
• APIs
• Tomcat
• Open Containers
• MQ/MP
• FIX Connectivity
• 🌎 Recognize and manage the broad downstream impacts of infrastructure and middleware delivery, including business readiness, client experience, environmental dependencies, and cross-application integration.
• ⚠️ Proactively identify risks, blockers, dependency gaps, and communication challenges, driving timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• 👥 Support team growth and onboarding efforts by helping establish effective Agile practices, communication rhythms, and delivery discipline for new team members.

📢 Communication, Stakeholder Management & Program Visibility

• 💬 Provide clear, proactive, and transparent communication to technology leaders, portfolio managers, stakeholders, and management regarding delivery progress, risks, impediments, and key milestones.
• 📡 Serve as a communication bridge between technology leadership and delivery teams, ensuring priorities, concerns, roadmaps, and updates are effectively shared.
• 🤝 Partner with portfolio management and program stakeholders to improve roadmap visibility, delivery forecasting, and strategic alignment.
• 📊 Leverage meaningful metrics, dashboards, and reporting to provide transparency and support informed decision-making.
• 🎯 Act as a connector across teams and stakeholders, helping balance competing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery goals and business outcomes.

💰 Compensation

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year
