Help shape how a leading enterprise brand is discovered, understood and cited across traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms.

We’re seeking a Senior AI Search & Technical SEO Strategist to lead initiatives across Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI Search Optimization (AISO). Hands on implementation experience with SEO, GEO, AEO and AISO is a must.

This is an opportunity for an experienced search professional to combine content strategy, structured data and technical SEO to improve organic visibility, AI-generated citations and discoverability across platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute strategies that improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-generated search experiences.
• Author and maintain JSON-LD schema markup through AEO/GEO components in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Implement relevant schema types across thought-leadership, investment fund and multimedia content.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive server-side rendering (SSR), ensuring page content is fully crawlable and accessible to search engines, large language models and AI indexes.
• Research and develop long-tail keywords, conversational queries and contextually relevant prompts aligned with user intent.
• Advise content-production teams on optimizing digital content for search discovery, AI citation, summarization and answer generation.
• Apply structured, semantic, entity-based and question-led content strategies to improve clarity, extractability and topical authority.
• Support technical optimization initiatives, including structured data, schema markup, internal linking and AI-readable content.
• Monitor organic search performance, AI visibility, share of voice, citations and related KPIs.
• Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for both practitioners and senior stakeholders.
• Identify emerging opportunities, risks and experiments across the rapidly evolving AI-search landscape.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, analytics, engineering and technical teams to prioritize and deliver initiatives.
• Partner with SEO and GEO specialists across the wider organization to share knowledge, maintain best practices and support continuity.
• Stay ahead of developments in large language models, generative search and AI-driven content discovery.
• Contribute to special projects and broader digital optimization initiatives as required.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Five or more years of experience in digital marketing.
• Three or more years specifically focused on SEO, AEO or AI-search optimization within an agency or in-house environment.
• Deep understanding of the “how” and “why” behind organic search, with the ability to communicate credibly with technical practitioners, content teams and executives.
• Hands-on experience with GEO, AEO, LLM-focused SEO, AISO or related AI-visibility initiatives.
• Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO, analytics and content optimization best practices.
• Experience authoring and maintaining JSON-LD and schema markup, ideally within Adobe Experience Manager.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering and its impact on search-engine and AI crawler accessibility.
• Experience optimizing structured, semantic and entity-based content for AI comprehension, citation and answer visibility.
• Working knowledge of Markdown, schema markup, semantic search and AI-readable content practices.
• Experience using Google Search Console, Conductor, Screaming Frog or comparable platforms.
• Ability to conduct keyword, conversational-query and user-intent research.
• Experience measuring performance and running experiments across organic and AI-search channels.
• Strong analytical, communication, consulting and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Relevant SEO, analytics or digital marketing certifications are advantageous.
