HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing core financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting business leaders with actionable financial insight. This role blends hands-on ownership and leadership with financial analysis, compliance, and cross-functional partnership in a manufacturing environment. The Finance Manager plays a key role in month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, and continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial support and insight
- Prepare and review monthly consolidated P&L and balance sheet variance and flux analysis for management reporting
- Take part in long-term strategic planning
- Provide financial models, ad hoc analysis, and decision support related to operational performance, capital investments, and strategic initiatives
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to financial systems and procedures
- Manage and mentor a financial analyst
- Review journal entries and reconciliations and ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Complete other projects & tasks as required.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance; 5-10 years related experience and/or training. CPA or MBA preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- PowerBI experience preferred
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Fast-paced manufacturing facility.
- Personal protective equipment including hearing protection, eye protection and metatarsal guards are required in areas of the facility.
