Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and program CNC lathes and milling machines, to produce precision components. Your mechanical knowledge will ensure the highest quality standards are met while making our products.
Duties
- Set up and operate CNC machines such as CNC lathes and milling machines.
- Develop and modify CNC programs using Fusion 360.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints to produce accurate parts.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment.
- Use hand tools and tooling to assemble components or prepare parts for further manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines and CNC lathes.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming using Fusion 360.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills.
- Mechanical aptitude with a good grasp of manufacturing processes.
- Basic math skills are essential for calculating dimensions, feeds, speeds, and tolerances in machining tasks.
- Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, forklifts, and other shop equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
