About the Role
Henderson Nursing and Senior Living Center is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team on a part-time and PRN (as-needed) basis. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment where your clinical expertise and dedication are valued.

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and document accurately; report any adverse reactions per policy
Provide direct bedside care for a wide range of medical and post-acute residents
Monitor and manage specialized equipment; interpret and document electronic health data
Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate clinical interventions
Perform wound care, insert catheters, and initiate IV therapy as needed
Educate residents and families on treatments, procedures, and ongoing care needs
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination
What We’re Looking For
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused mindset
