Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to residents, including personal care, vital sign monitoring, and support with daily living activities
• Assist with medication administration, treatments, and procedures as delegated by licensed nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and observations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and goal-setting
• Report changes in resident condition or concerns to licensed nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of North Carolina
• High school diploma or equivalent required; nursing education or experience preferred
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
