Tenant Relations Specialist

We are seeking a Tenant Relations Specialist to join our growing company. You will be supported by a team of professionals in other specialized areas that help make your daily duties as a Tenant Relations Specialist easier.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Manage Daily Interactions with tenants using multiple forms of communication (phone calls, text messages, emails, mail, etc.)

· Process and track tenant lease renewals and tenant move outs

· Manage all tenant files with up to date and accurate records

· Oversee rent and tenant payments to ensure accuracy in tenant accounts

· Complete property walks to verify all tenants are within their lease requirements

· Enforce tenant lease compliance

· Heavy phone and email communication and record keeping of all communication

· Provide tenants with personalized service

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)
• 2-5 years in Customer Service
• Fast learner, incredibly organized, ability to multitask and detail oriented
• Strong, effective, written and verbal communication skills
• Must work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Experience working with Appfolio is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
