Assembly Technician
About the Position
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Small Parts Assembly Technician to join our team. This position involves assembling small components by hand in a clean, comfortable, air-conditioned environment.
The work is largely performed while seated, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys focused, hands-on work and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality results.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble small parts and components according to established instructions and procedures
- Use your hands and basic tools to complete repetitive assembly tasks
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Visually inspect components and finished assemblies for quality
- Identify minor issues and perform basic troubleshooting when needed
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet reasonable production and quality expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work carefully and consistently on small components
- Ability to follow written and visual instructions
- Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but training will be provided
