We are seeking a full time Urologist to join a private practice in Henderson Nevada. This role offers 1:6 call, values quality, empathy and availability.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Urology care to a diverse demographic
- Manage day-to-day outpatient clinical responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
- $560,000 first-year total compensation (plus incentives/bonuses)
- Percentage of collections Year 2
- Partnership Opportunity

- Academic Quality of Care in a Community Setting
Qualifications
- Board Certified / Board Eligible
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited program (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Nevada medical license
