Senior Financial Systems Analyst – OneStream
Location: Tampa, Florida
Type: Full-Time
Henderson Drake is supporting the search for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to take a leading role in the ongoing development and support of a mature OneStream environment within a large and complex organisation.
This position is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who enjoys working closely with finance and technology teams to enhance platform capability, improve processes, and provide guidance to other members of the systems team. While the role includes mentoring responsibilities, the primary focus is on technical leadership rather than people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing administration, enhancement, and optimization of the OneStream platform
- Design and develop business rules, workflows, and data integration processes
- Manage and improve data loading, validation, and reporting capabilities
- Partner with finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Support platform upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to members of the financial systems team
- Contribute to long-term platform strategy and best practices
What You'll Bring
- 4 years of hands-on OneStream experience
- Strong technical knowledge of business rules, workflows, and data management within OneStream
- Experience supporting enterprise financial systems in a corporate environment
- Previous Hyperion experience is highly desirable
- Background in IT, Finance, Financial Systems, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience mentoring or coaching team members is beneficial
