Role Description
The Commissioning Agent will be responsible for overseeing and executing building commissioning processes to ensure systems meet performance requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Las Vegas, NV, and involves collaborating with project teams, conducting system evaluations, and providing solutions for optimization. Key duties include developing commissioning plans, verifying system installation and performance, identifying deficiencies, preparing detailed reports, and supporting infrastructure upgrades.
Qualifications
- Experience in building commissioning processes, facility condition assessments, and energy audits
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to oversee multiple projects effectively
- Knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Proficiency in report writing, problem-solving, and conducting performance validation testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) or similar are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field is preferred
- Ability to travel regionally as needed
