Position Title: Rental Coordinator
Location: Decatur, TX
Responsibilities include:
- Determine Customer rental needs daily
- Complete rental agreements and paperwork accurately
- Handle telephone inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Inspect equipment before it goes out and when it is returned, and record information as needed.
Requirements:
- Physically able to lift, shift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- A sound working knowledge of machinery is helpful
- Skillful in basic math
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- A good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and other computer software
- High School degree or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years experience in sales or rental sales is a plus
- Must speak English clearly and write legibly
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
