What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Groundskeeper position at Hendersen-Webb Inc?
Position Summary: The Groundskeeper is responsible for the exterior of the buildings in assigned areas, including snow and ice removal.
Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Property Manager/Supervisor
Essential Job Functions:
Perform all groundskeeper responsibilities in a professional, safe, and timely manner.
Report all hazardous conditions, any need for building repairs, and lease violations to the supervisor immediately.
Assist the constable and supervisory personnel during and after evictions.
Sweep streets, rake leaves, and keep street gutters clean and weed free.
Sweep large dumpster areas, and remove trash any trash from property.
Mandatory overtime required during emergency and snow conditions.
Assists with moving larger items including refrigerators and air conditioning units.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Competencies:
High School Diploma/GED.
Entry level.
Ability to work in all temperatures and with chemicals.
Salary : $15 - $16
