This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for establishing rigorous financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, and serving as the backbone of our financial operations.What Youll Do Own all financial accounting, reporting, and compliance(U.S. GAAP). Run and improve the monthly close process, ensuring speed, accuracy, and clear insights. Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to analyze COGS, margins, and unit economics. Lead audit, tax preparation, and external financial reviews. Design and implement scalable accounting systems, controls, and processes. Build dashboards and KPIs for cash flow, inventory, and financial performance. Collaborate with strategic finance on budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting. Operate as both a builder and a strategic partner, shaping the finance foundation for future growth.What Youll BringCPA certification (required) strong foundation in GAAP, controls, and audit. Bachelors or Masters in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Masters or MBA CPA is a plus.610 years of total experience, including:o 24 years in Big 4 or national public accounting (Audit or Assurance).35 years in industry, ideally within manufacturing, hardware, or complex COGS environments. Hands-on experience implementing or managing ERP systems. Strong analytical skills and ability to turn accounting data into actionable insight.
