What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook/Prep Cook position at Hen & Harvest?

What You'll Do
- Prep fresh ingredients and help execute our scratch-made menu.
- Cook breakfast and lunch items with consistency and attention to detail.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Work alongside the kitchen team to deliver great food quickly and accurately.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Help receive, rotate, and organize inventory.
- Pitch in wherever needed—no job is beneath anyone here.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Dependable, honest, and able to work as part of a team.
- Someone who stays calm and focused during busy services.
- Pride in producing food that looks and tastes great.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person.
