Role Description
Hempz is a 25-year-old brand in a new era — fresh identity, a growing creator community, and an influencer and affiliate program we're building with intention. We're looking for a detail-obsessed, relationship-driven coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of both programs. This is a 50/50 role: half influencer operations, half affiliate program support. You'll work directly with our Senior Manager of Influencer & Affiliate Marketing and sit at the center of one of the fastest-moving functions on the marketing team.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social media marketing
- Experience with an affiliate or creator platform (ShopMy, LTK, TikTok affiliate, Amazon Creator Connections, or similar)
- Background or coursework in marketing, communications, or a related field
- In-office, Dallas, TX
- College degree
