Real Estate Analyst – Finance, Reporting, Accounting, & Analysis - $65-80k – HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE!

- Broaden your expertise beyond finance while contributing to acquisition activities, accounting, operations, strategy, and technology as you become a trusted member of the team.
- Work closely with the department director and organizational leaders, becoming the go-to person for strategic projects, leveraging your resourcefulness to solve complex problems, and presenting financial information for better-informed decision-making.
This role is excellent for someone looking to leverage their CPA/accounting background, someone who started their career in finance, OR even a recent graduate - while gaining exposure to financial analysis, forecasting, KPI reporting, and strategy.
