Front Office Coordinator - $50-65k - HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE!
Manage a busy front office for a professional services firm in West Omaha! In this role, you’ll represent this impressive company with a positive, helpful, and professional approach. Your proactive style will shine as you assist clients and customers of this highly admired firm and contribute to a lively, authentic workplace with a fun team of professionals!
Take ownership of managing a multi-line phone system, welcoming guests, calendar and meeting coordination, and preparing and editing documents. You’ll provide administrative support to company leaders and partner with the office manager to streamline processes and improve office operations. Each day will bring new projects and responsibilities, so no two days will be the same!
