What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Early Childhood Teacher position at Hempfield Family Child Development Center?
HFCDC is seeking to hire an assistant floating teacher for our nature-based, Reggio inspired early learning center working with our littlest minds. We are a unique, multiage, nature focused child care center where children and staff are encouraged to explore, create and think "out of the box".
We are an intentionally small center designed to foster a sense of community and homelike environment where children and staff can spend their days learning through play, curiosity, and cooperation. We value time spent outside in our nationally certified "Nature Explore" outdoor classroom and exploring our 100 languages in our studio space.

Minimum qualifications include credits in early childhood education (or similar) and experience working with children.

Salary: From $12.50-$15 per hour based on experience and qualification.
